PHILOSOPHY Fitness has to be a lifestyle not just a temporary fix to drop a few pounds. We believe that with consistency, proper movement and high intensity interval training the body will respond more effectively. Each and every workout is designed for our clients to improve their strength, endurance and functionality. We incorporate full-body movements and gradually progress the exercises to constantly put the muscles in demand so they are always challenged. Our clients achieve E.P.O.C during every workout. The Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption is the amount of energy our bodies use after a workout to return to a normal state. It’s commonly known as “The After-burn”. Our workouts are intense enough to create a significant calorie burn both during and after the workout. We also believe that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. We not only take our clients to their fitness goals but also educate them about nutrition so that their bodies are both healthy inside and out.
